Native Staffing is currently looking for a Account Executive:
 
Job Description
The experienced Account Executive will report to the Director of Business Development, and will be the key leader focusing on targeted accounts overseeing all marketing efforts related to the VA. The AE will be responsible for identifying and winning profitable new business, and leading the initiatives to grow the company’s account base within the Army from both an organic as well as new business perspective. The AE will work with company executives and the capture team, as well as with operations personnel to pursue and win opportunities.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
  • Refining and executing a VA and commercial healthcare business/marketing plan.
  • Developing and managing the pipeline of VA/Healthcare business for particular client.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expanded service within the VA and commercial healthcare.
  • Cultivating customer/teaming/partnership relationships.
  • Understanding key customer issues and core win themes before and during RFP activities.
  • Conducting customer and competitor analyses.
  • Participating in proposal development, win strategies and related efforts to maximize probability of win for the firm’s VA and commercial healthcare opportunities.
 Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Broad understanding of the VA and Healthcare;
  • At least 10 years of business development experience, with record of success winning federal contracts.
  • Bachelors Degree required, MBA strongly desired, prior military service preferred.
