Job Description
***PRIMARY MISSION OBJECTIVE***
- Connects and communicates with potential clients using online or phone portal, and recommends appropriate solutions based on the client's description of the situation
- Uses excellent verbal and written skills to appropriately greet clients, determine needs, make recommendations and asks for the sale
- Recommends solutions that are appropriate and applicable to the client's needs or desires
- Must have a strong desire and ability to inform clients of offers and overcome objections, either on the phone or through online portal
- Flexible in both schedule and work load
- Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and client service throughout all client interactions.
***SECONDARY MISSION OBJECTIVE***
- Performs upgrades, repairs, and applicable installations to client suspects using phone, online chat, and remote desktop software
- Diagnoses operating system problems, repairs all issues, and removes malware as defined by scopes of work
- Network setup and troubleshooting
- Communicates and trains clients on the proper and optimal use and care of their technology
- Recommends appropriate additional solutions to the client
- Uses only approved software tools at all times
- Have a strong sense of problem resolution and ownership
- Provide positive feedback on systems, tools, and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 months of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- 1 year of practical application experience or a 2 year completed associates degree in a computer related study
- Knowledge of software and hardware applications
- Technical trouble shooting skills
- Previous sales experience
- Well polished communication and verbal skills
- Exceptional Soft Skills
- Flexibility in meeting changes in schedules and processes
- Ability to multi-task, in a fast paced and vibrant work environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Computer certifications preferred
- 1 or more years of Malware removal
- Mac sales and repair experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
