" BS Computer Science / 7-10  years of relevant work experience
" Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA&D)
" Strong Sr. Java and Oracle programming skills
" Excellent written & verbal communication skills 

Desired
" MS Computer Science / Engineering
" Advanced experience developing J2EE applications using the Spring Framework
" Strong experience implementing data persistence solutions using ORM frameworks, JDBC, etc
" 

 BS or Masters degree in CS with 5-7 years exp
