Job Description
Conduct performance development work in developing technologies for meeting Final Tier 4 emission standards. Planning and coordinating testing activities with supervisors and technicians, Working with lead engineers in planning, executing and analyzing data. Familiarity with off road emission regulations and technologies. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrated capabilities of problem solving. Manages and facilitates through product definition, development and implementation of process improvements. Provides knowledge of business processes, facilitates the definition and clarification of documentation in support of tactical and strategic business plans for achieving continuous improvement. Leads project teams towards definition and implementation of new process/solution. Exhibits strong organizational, communication and document skills. Ensures process metrics and target performance levels are identified, implemented and monitored.
Requirements: Mechanical or electrical engineering degree required. Knowledge of diesel engine combustion and performance, 2- 3 years experience in engine performance development, Strong technical aptitude in resolving technical issues, Ability to work independently to complete projects. M-F first shift position. Business casual dress code.
