Job Description

To manage accounting, finance and human resources for a subsidiary of a public company:

• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal and external use
• Manage monthly and quarterly closing process
• Generate ad-hoc reports requested from parent company
• Manage company benefits, payroll service provider and 401k administrator
• Facilitate bi-annual budgeting process
• Establish new or improve on existing accounting procedures/systems

Desired Skills & Experience:

SKILLS:

• Must have extensive expertise in Excel and proficiency with Word and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and still meet monthly closing schedule
• Financial planning, budgeting and anaylsis
• Must be self-motivated
• Individual must be organized

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting
