You’ve got an awesome GPA, an amazing resume, and great recommendations, but still can’t find a job. The answer? Get an internship. In today’s economy, applying for jobs is extremely cut-throat and highly competitive. Having an internship allows you to gain real-world experience and makes your resume even more appealing to employers. AGV Sport Internships give you this and much more.
Duties:
• Create, develop, and post web work.
• Complete web projects.
• Utilization of various web development software including Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Quark.
Desired Characteristics:
• Ideal for college students or recent graduates wishing to add real world experience to their educational credentials.
• Must have at least basic computer skills.
• Experience with internet and multimedia are a plus.
• International students welcome.
By the end of the training the intern will have gained:
• An addition to their existing skills in creating, developing, and posting actual web work.
• The satisfaction of achieving and surpassing goals.
Length:
The position is open for as long as the student would like, but with a minimum of three months. Flexible programs from 12-35 hours per week.
Credit:
Student interns will have an opportunity to receive college credit. Contact your advising office for more information on academic credit.
