NEED Integration Architect with Oracle BPEL




Job Description
The Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree in a related technical area or equivalent. MS/CS or MBA preferred. Strong experience with middleware applications within a large scale environment


Has in-depth expertise with these technologies: MS, Oracle, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, Application Integration Protocols, Application Frameworks, Portal and Web 2.0
· Has in-depth expertise with many of these languages, services and tools: Java, PL/SQL, SQL, C/C++, HTML, DHTML, XML,JDeveloper, Developer, SOA Suite, Fusion, J2EE, SOAP, Ajax, WSDL
· Has contributed to the creation of technology-related best practices and processes.
· Has consulted on the technical design of high-impact, multi-technology complex applications, and mentored technology staff in the application of newer technologies.
· Has played a leading role in the development and implementation of technical standards and platforms
· Previous experience writing white papers, business cases or value propositions and presenting them to executive panels; has strong written and verbal communication skills,
· Has in-depth knowledge and experience with multiple technology platforms.
· Has experience with multiple technologies in Unix, Windows, Windows Mobile and Linux environments
The Integration Architect will define and articulate enterprise architecture to bridge the business needs with the technology necessary to meet current and future goals.
· Provide architectural and technical expertise, direction and assistance during the development life cycle. Working closely with the Applications Architect, maintain documentation on client existing systems architecture and technology. Document and present proposals for viable (applicable) technology improvements.
· Develop and execute a technology viability assessment plan as reference prototype/proof of concept pilot project, to prove usefulness in solving key business issues.
· Build a framework for these technologies that provide flexibility to meet the constant flow of change within the business. Recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and system flexibility for current and future business application projects.
· Review proposed and existing IT projects and recommends appropriate proven technologies. Contribute to the definition of timetables and cost estimates for new technical aspects of projects.
· Mentor and train IT Applications staff members on the use of new technologies, including methods and standards for application of the technology. Stimulate interest in these technologies, indicating the values and potential applications for them.
· Publish internal white papers and blog entries on selected emerging technologies.
Write or contribute to the development of all internal technology strategy documents.
